The healthier breakfast challenge: day 3



Day Three

Hi all,
It's Wednesday aka hump day. I am craving crunchy granola! Lucky as this was the last bowlfull.

Granola and greek yogurt 

1 x bowl of Granola
2 x scoops of Yogurt
1 x tablespoon of Sunflower seeds
